I have been in the kitchen from my earliest memories. I could always be found in my Italian grandmother's kitchen helping her make delicious, homemade fresh food from scratch. It is really from my grandma that I inherited my passion for cooking. My father's business took us to different parts of the world. Experiences in Ireland, Great Britain and parts of the Caribbean broadened my culinary repertoire. Having graduated from Lamar University in Port Auther, Texas, I moved to South Carolina with my Husband in 1994. Having previous experience as a restaurant manager, I started catering in South Carolina. Eventually I started my own catering company, Dinner Belle, serving corporations and organizations in the upstate. As a private chef I bring a diverse culinary experience and the efficiency of a business manager into your kitchen.
