     Catering Guidelines

         
               
     

 

1. Minimum of 10 people for catered meals.

2. All meals are priced per person (not all-you can eat)

3. Head counts counts are required 48 hours in advance. Add-ons may be accepted but NO cancellations after the 48 hour deadline.  If no 48 hour notice is given for modifying or cancelling a scheduled event, you will be billed for the number originally ordered - even if less attend.

4. Children 10 and under receive a 50% discount on any meal listed on our catering menu.  A smaller portion of food is required for children.  We must know the number of children's meals at the time you place your order.

5. A delivery charge may be added for long distance delivery.

6. The customer is responsible for table linens and decorations for the food table.

7. Disposable party ware can be provided for a charge of .50 extra per person.  IF china is preferred, it must be rented by the customer.

8.  There is a 15% service charge on orders for 100+ people for staffing, setup and clean up for larger groups. Gratuities are accepted for exceptional service, but are not automatically added on.

9.  We accept cash or checks.50% Down Payment required, Balance due on day of event unless other arrangements have been made -
